  • Loved by indie directors (Harmony Korine and Larry Clark), edgy designers (Opening Cermony and J.W. Anderson) and hot photographers (Inez & Vinoodh), everyone’s favourite underground muse Chloë Sevigny is now unveiling her new project with Vestiaire Collective.

For the launch of its vintage dedicated platform, the website specialised in the reselling of luxury and fashion items, has enlisted the American actress for a unique series of photos taken by the sister of Mario Sorrenti, Vanina Sorrenti.

Passionate about vintage designer pieces by Maison Margiela, Prada, Courrèges and Saint-Laurent, the actress has selected several very rare garments that are available exclusively on the site.

“For me it’s always been vintage. Ever since I was kid I only ever wore second hand clothes. My mum would take me shopping in thrift stores. That’s all I ever wore and I feel good in those in these clothes. I quickly got addicted to the kick of finding treasures, I’d trawl through those thrift stores searching for a perfect Laura Ashley dress or Ralph Lauren blouse”, she explains.
