Keira Knightley covers “Le Tourbillon de la Vie” for Chanel
In a new video for the Coco Crush line of fine jewellery, English actress Keira Knightley covers Le tourbillon de la vie, originally sung by Jeanne Moreau in François Truffaut’s legendary Jules et Jim.
It was the 2013 movie Begin Again alongside Mark Ruffalo where we first saw Kiera knightly sing. For Chanel and its line of fine jewellery Coco Crush, the English actress nominated at the Oscars for her role as Elizabeth Bennet in Pride and Prejudice, is stretching her vocal chords once again. Alone before the camera with just a guitar Kiera Knightly interprets – in perfect French – the legendary song Le tourbillon de la vie, originally sung by Jeanne Moreau, who died this summer, in the film Jules & Jim by François Truffaut.
The muse since 2016 for Coco Crush, jewellery whose quilted motif in metal echoes the 2.55 handbags, Kiera Knightly has also been the face of Coco Mademoiselle from 2008 to 2012, and the Rouge Coco lipsticks in 2015.
